Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup dry buffalo seasoning or buffalo dressing
Check out our Kitchen Reference Guide for help with unfamiliar terms.

Instructions

  • Chop cauliflower into reasonable-sized florets, small enough to put in your mouth.
  • Mix cauliflower with dry buffalo seasoning. If you don't have dry buffalo seasoning, use buffalo dressing instead. It's still delicious, just stickier.
  • Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.

 Tada!  Buffalo roasted cauliflower.

That’s it, nothing special or crazy.  Most of all though, it’s super good.

Oh…we also added blue cheese dressing on the side for ours.

So have we convinced you to try it?

Roasted buffalo cauliflower remnants, it took us about 5 seconds to eat; so good! from nelliebellie.com

How about if we tell you this is what the plate looked like after about 10 seconds?  For real.  Not even exaggerating.  And then we made it again the next day.  And the next.  It is just that good.

Maybe cauliflower isn’t actually your thing, and that’s okay.  We’ll only judge you a little. We also have great recipes for watermelon red onion salad and chicken pot pie.  So if you want another healthy and delicious option those might be for you.  And you can go to the farmer’s market to get your ingredients!  BONUS!

  1. Bahaha….I did not know that it is only a northern thing? Buffalo sauce…like hot sauce? That isn’t something national? Huh, who new.

Uhhhhh! I hate to admit this but I don’t have the foggiest what buffalo seasoning is or its counterpart buffalo dressing. Is this a Minnesota thing?? We don’t have buffalo in Indiana but we do have chickens, turkeys and beef. There may be some sheep somewhere but I haven’t looked into that. So is there a particular brand?? The recipe sounds good and it does look delish. Once I find the seasoning for a buffalo I’ll try it. :-)
