When it comes to a meat thermometer, the sky is the limit with choices. However, I recommend that you close your eyes to the fancy stuff and look for one thing… how it can be washed.

I always recommend the no-frills Rubbermaid Instant Read Thermometer. It isn’t fancy but…it goes in the dishwasher. To me, there is nothing else that matters.
