Essentially, no. But yes. The way they are made is different. Marshmallow cream uses cream of tartar while fluff doesn’t. But to you and I, for our purposes…they are the same.

Yes!! Absolutely yes.
Do you have to refrigerate marshmallow fluff after opening?
No. Keep marshmallow fluff (and cream) at room temperature for the best consistency.
